The ROC developed a sample UCP Checklist many, many years ago.   Many WSR-88D sites used this checklist on each shift to monitor the state of their radar.  

Since Dual Polarization has been deployed, the ROC has modified the original sample checklist to align it with the current MSCF functionality.
